I liked the way we took turns on the racks working up to our 1 RM. Gives us a chance to watch/cheer on everyone and not just those in our immediate group.
Did metcon in 10:30 and got all DU's with no misses which is a record number in a row for me. Situps got tough in this one.

9:05 on the metcon. DUs were messy today, but I did the 50 slams unbroken, so I was pretty happy about that.
Great job, 6am! i saw a lot of beautiful push presses getting locked out.
I agree with the Shelley, the "round the world" set-up was great.
Kilograms are used in weightlifting, both weight on the bar and weight classes. Watch the video again and see how much these girls are moving.

10:13 metcon. That many situps made me want to throw up....
198 (barely) on the Push Press....not a PR. Started to high and it just wasn't there today. I missed the last rotation of Push Press so that may have been a factor. Also, needed to warm up with higher weight as I tried to jump 50lbs for first attmpt.
11:10 on the Metcon.....finally figured out how to avoid "Road Rash" on the situps! ;-)

The metcon was tough. That is a lot of situps! I finished at 11:47.

Metcon-DNF-had 12 situps left! If I didn't have to stop and tie my freakin' shoes twice during the double unders I might have finished. There wasn't any 16# balls left so had to use 12#. I guess I could have used the 20# ball. Ha!

metcon - scl'd 50 burpees for DUs. Got to 29 ball slams when time was called.
(Burpees and ball slams felt like the black lung today! Holy s***!)

10:23 for the metcon. I think I use my legs too much with situps cause they were cramping up the last two sets of 50. Weak core maybe?
