You can't move on until you get the required amount of double unders consecutively. For example, on the round of 25, you can't do 10 double unders, mess up, and then complete 15 double unders. You have to do 25 without stopping before moving on. Good luck.

  4. Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. I ate way too much. Went and worked out at Crossfit Amarillo this morning. Today's WOD was:

    400m run
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    (weighted pullups and medball cleans)
    400m run

    finished in 18:53. Instead of weighted pullups did half kipping and half strict. Used 16# medball. Run was hard today. I have to quit eating like crap. Ready to see what they have for tomorrows WOD.

  6. Did today's WOD in 7:19; missed too many and had to start over; this was especially frustrating when twice I got to 24 on the first round of 25 and 30 and missed.

    I worked on HSPU's afterwards; need 2 abmats to do them and was only doing 2-3 at a time.

  8. BTW, my total score on yesterday's make up of the total fitness WOD was 1050, not 1150. My math skills were off yesterday on that one.

  10. Subbed 110# cleans for the burpees, and finished in 14:36. I'd like to say it was slow because of the cleans, but it was mostly the 2nd round of 25 DUs. Spent at least 5 minutes on that one. Everything else went well - only had to start over a couple times on the 1st 25 and the 2nd 20.

    I missed yesterday's music. I want to listen to Purple Rain EVERY time I bench.

  12. Worked out at Crossfit Potpourri today. Everone was working on something different. It was fun. After the DUs I did the 1 RM push jerk. A lot of people stayed late and worked on a variety of things. It's cool to see crossfitters going the extra mile to get better. Badass!
