Wanna see jesus? Try a 20 rep squat program (not just one time for fun but rather a 20 rep program). There's nothing like it for size and conditioning. Goes good with milk.

  2. Did 2 sets of 15 pullups. These were the best they have ever been for me as I could get all 15 without having to stop, hang from the bar and restart my kip.

    Afterwards was fun. Don't want to give it away for the future classes:)

  4. 2 sets of 18 felt really good, can tell that my max is going to go up. The rest of the work out was great really just what I needed. Great job at 5am

  12. FINALLY!!! I was able to do 3 pullups in a row. I have been working on pullups with Jon and Joe. I finally get what they have been saying by "push away". I have a LONG way to go but it is a start.

    Metcon was tough but fun this morning. Nice to change it up.

  14. Still working on 1 pull-up, so I did some attempts today, not quite kipping enough or pushing off the bar right. Maybe someday.

    2 sets of 30 pullups, followed by an excruciating metcon. hadn't eaten or slept enough, and i really felt it.

    Team workout was fun! We really pushed each other today! I am sure having to do any those by myself would have been slow and too much resting... GREAT TEAMWORK 4:30!!!

    2 sets of 18 - didn't have to stop my kip, just regripped midflight a couple times. They felt really good - definitely could have kept going on the first set.

    Metcon was a quad-burner, but fun. I <3 box jumps.
