On the minute:
Complete 5 burpees and perform a max set of 135/88 pound thrusters on the minute.
The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.
Cut-off is 30 minutes.
Post total number of minutes it took to complete 100 thrusters or reps completed in 30 minutes.

Notice: This coming Saturday, November 7th, we are hosting an Ultimate Med Ball Tournament. It is, tentatively, being held on the football field at UNO. We are looking at a 9:15AM start time. We would appreciate everyone interested in playing, to show up at 9AM sharp for rules briefing and team assignments.
Classes at the gym will go on as scheduled for those not interested in playing. Ultimate Med Ball is a non-contact sport of sprinting and throwing a 1 pound ball. Last year was the first year we held the tournament and had a bunch of teams join in on the fun. The ladies seemed to master the sport fast while the guys were huffing and puffing.
More details will be given in the next few days during all classes.
11:24 tee time at Deer Creek so I may try to make this up tomorrow. I have one (maybe 2) spots open if anyone is interested.
Did 50/100 at Rx'd weight....total killer. My Son Bradyn counted for me.....he provided the quote of the day...."that was crazy!" It was.
I'll be there, and I hope we get a good crowd!
