Could you imagine this as what your grocery purchase would look like? Now think about it being for one person, in one week. If you want to get strong, you need food intake like this and to lift heavy sh*t.

After having a heart to heart with Ricky I've been drinking a gallon of milk/day for the last 3 weeks. I decided to try it for a month and see what happens. I've been drinking organic whole milk with a cream top, chunky style (Jess nearly vomits when she sees me drink it, which is funny as hell). I'm feeling stronger, my metcon performance is better and I've also gotten my first (and now second) muscle up. Maybe it's a coincidence, but I don't think so. And I definitely think I'm going to have some big gains on our upcoming 1RM's. One piece of advice if decide to give it a try, definitely think about increasing your fiber intake, there are times when I felt like I was going through natural child birth, not cool.

Speaking of food...what time does the seminar start on Saturday?
BC: Do you walk around all day drinking the milk - like everyone esle does with coffee? That is alot of milk to get through in one day by one person!

I start drinking with about 3 glasses at lunch, a couple more in the afternoon, 3 or 4 glasses with dinner and maybe 1 more in the evening depending on when I ate dinner and when I'm going to bed. I usually get at least 3/4 a gallon in/day. Yes, it's a ton of milk. I've started growing an udder.
The rest of my diet is pretty much the same, quasi-paleo with lean meats, veggies, nuts and some fruits.

Where are the fruit and veggies? Not to mention if you do a zone diet than forget dairy or else you wouldn't be able to allot for anything else? Its all very frustrating at times.
I guess the word "just eat sensible" seems better than trying to figure it out and we all know that tweenkies and sugar isn't healthy.....

People, This is if you are looking to try and put on 40 pounds in a couple of months. It also means you have to lift heavy and cut down the met-con.
I never said the healthiest way to eat, just a way to get a ton of calories in.
Big and Strong is what kind of intake the above picture promotes.
I couldn't imagine eating that much myself. Haha.

Here is a wonderful dressing for salads that my aunt shared with me this weekend. You can only order the balsamic online but its F'IN AMAZING!
1 TBS Napa Valley Naturals Cherry Wood Aged Balsamic (aged for 18 years in cherry wood and I could drink the bottle) 3 TBS Walnut Oil (use good quality) 1-2 tsp of Good Quality Mustard
This is PLENTY for two LARGE salads but this is the best dressing I think I have ever tasted.....www.worldpantry.com
6.29 a bottle
oh yes - walnut oil has a good amount of fat in it, don't be afraid - its worth it ;)
