    I wear a size 8 tennis shoe. Be careful when ordering your shoes because somewhere on their website it states to order a size smaller. I never read the website and just signed up for them. Try someone's on before ordering :)

    I did rx 10x 132 clean and press 20 box jumps two rounds and finishedin 445 not too bad.Those box jumps got kinda dodgy.

    9:26- box jumps sucked as usual and really slowed me down, but my pushups helped make up some time. Great job nooners!!!!

    800 meter run

    10/8/6/4/2

    Hang clean squats (45#/35#)
    Dead hang pullups

    800 meter run

    20 minute cut off

    I DNF; took me 20:30 using 35# for hang cleans and purple band for first 21 pullups and tan band for last 9. Pullups killed me!!!!

    I am disappointed in myself on this one.

  20. changed up the cf central wod from 2 days ago for 4:30 class

    start w/ 800 m run
    10/8/6/4/2
    db hang clean squat
    dead hang pullups
    then finish w/ another 800 m run

    finished in 19:52 - scaled - used tan band for strict pu's and 25# db's

    after doing Jackie yesterday @ noon my arms feel like I have stress fractures! ouchie!!!

    I have to thank Jen S and Jen F!!! I was attempting to keep the pace with Jen S and then Jen F and I sprinted it out in the end - a great feeling!!! :)

  22. 19:17 for Crossfit Central Scaled to 30# dbs and used a tan band for pu's, ummm this was a lot harder than anticipated. Good job 4:30! And Allison you did good too! You were ahead on the first 800 and the first sets of 10-8-6-4-2! I agree, the Jen's keep you tooting along!

  24. Joe's sneaky. I came in at 4:30 thinking we would do the default WOD from Santa Cruz Central -- something with 200m runs and situps that didn't sound bad at all. What a bait-and-switch! 800m runs! DB hang squat cleans! Dead hang pullups! Argh.

    i love finishing witha run. even though i despise running i feel like i can allway sprint at the end. great job 4:30 it was awesome seein everyone bust there ass. See yall tomorrow! :-)

    Tried keeping up with Joe C but he just wouldn't stop. It helped me though because I took less breaks and pushed harder than I wanted to! There was a lot of hard work today at 4:30.

  34. Came in at 5:30 and did the CFSCC WOD but had to stop after 3 rounds cause of my left foot. I have been having arch problems again recently and something about Friday's WOD really strained my left foot cause I could barely walk Saturday morning. It was getting better so I thought I would come in and try today since there was no running but the "doozies" aggravated it again so I quit before it got too bad. Hopefully I can walk tomorrow.

  38. CF Central 19:08 used purple bands after I burned out completely on the PU's and then had to use the tan band for the last 6 PU's. Felt good to be back in the gym. You know its been awhile when Joe sarcastically introduces himself.

    Worked up to 141# for front squats. Maybe could have done one more but ran out of time. darn. Not sure if this was a PR but at the rate I've been going lately I'm not sure. :-(

    then moved on to 2 500m runs.
    1st run=1:50
    2nd run=1:52

  42. Did a real doozie today and DNF got thru 4 full rounds...that sucked. Nice job to everyone that did finish. Oh yeah used 77#.

  44. CFSCC - DNF. I got stuck on one of the front squats in round 3 and ended up failing it over and over again until time ran out.
