Rest Day
The new programming starts tomorrow and with it comes a chance to become stronger, faster, better than you have ever thought possible. It is not a magic potion or a guarantee. It is a commitment.
Some of you have have taken on or are currently taking on a new diet, one that challenges you to follow it verbatim for one month. Well, I am challenging you to stick with this program for the duration or where possible. I know that you all have daily responsibilities that sometimes get in the way of your coming to the gym but the closer you follow the program, the better the results.
It will be fun and new. You will see strength days more often so that you can get more practice at the movements you feel you need to practice. The met-cons will be highly varied. The results will come.
I have decided to implement a Saturday morning class at 8AM for those that want to continue on with regular programming instead of team workouts. This will be a trial run for a few weeks. If enough people consistently come, it will stick around. Sundays may even be an option if enough people voice their opinions.
Motivated People Wanted.

BTW, I think we log jammed the LOGWOD website. Hopefully they don't start charging because of us. Ha.

Also excited to have my weekends free for CrossFit again after Labor Day. If there's a Sunday class, I'll be there.
A Sunday class would be awesome every once and a while... if they were each Sunday that would be great, but even if they were just every other Sunday so that your guys could have a day off that would be amazing too! An afternoon time is something I would be going to if available :)
