I have found a website that tracks crossfit data. I think this is the one we have been looking for. It will track the gyms workouts, which I will post on a daily basis. It can also track meals, body-weight, and has an online whiteboard that will show everyone in gym's workout times.
You will be getting an email with the link and your temporary password.
Go to the website, the link (Log your WOD) is also underneath the About CrossFit Omaha heading, and play around. Also, post your times and how you scaled, if any, for "Karen," "Helen," and "Baseline #3."
Get to know what each tab is for. The most relevant to the gym is going to be the Today, Log, Schedule, Settings, and Gym tabs.
Today Tab is where the current day's WOD is located and where you enter your time and how you scaled, if any.
Gym Tab is the online whiteboard. Compare your times across the rest of the gym.
Settings Tab is where you can change your password.
Schedule Tab is where you can see workouts that are scheduled. Sign-in and see what Monday and Tuesday of next week has in store for you.

We already knew Crossfit is #1, hopefully this will convince the Omaha nation. Let's hope the margin will begin to grow.

Did Helen today, scaled to 200m runs and 6 pullups using 2 purple bands - 10:25. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
Loved the team WOD - I did OHS, HPS, and press. Great job, Shanna and Crystal!
Fun times with the team wod - I did back squats, thrustaa's, and push press with my team Becky and Tessa! We knocked out 745 jumpin-jacks and finished in 15:30! You gals rocked it!
