Rest, precisely, 3 minutes.
(if you use a band, prescribed is chest to bar, otherwise, chin above.)
then as a group,
100 Burpees for time.
Add all three sets of pull-ups together and post that number plus burpee time to comments.

started out pretty heavy for work sets, the 1st couple in every set felt realy good then i would reach fatigue during the set realy quickly so i had to drop down...tech went way down once i got to reps 4 & 5, especially full triple ext...somethin else to work on 4 nex yrs games.
This wkend was 1 of the coolest things i've ever been apart of! i wanna say congratulations to all the individual competitors and a special thank you and congratulations to all my xfitomaha teammates! Let's keep up the hard work and shoot for that top 3 next year!!!
Only 86 burpees :( They hurt so good though... Looking forward to trying this workout again.
86 burpees at the 10 min cutoff ... in Feb did 100 in 11:30 so pretty much the same. Good job 6am!
