Max Rep Pull-ups
Rest, precisely, 3 minutes.

(if you use a band, prescribed is chest to bar, otherwise, chin above.)

then as a group,
100 Burpees for time.

Add all three sets of pull-ups together and post that number plus burpee time to comments.

  2. 43 total pullups, 7:30 burpees. A little disappointed with my pullups but somewhat surprised with my burpees, esp since my quads are still hurting from Tuesday's run/squat wod. Nice job morning monsters, a lot of great effort this morning.

  4. Great job 6am 60 pullups, DNF burpees 92 beofre 10 min cutoff. I am pretty happy about the pullups, disappointed I did not improve my time on burpees since we did them in Feb.

  6. 14 pullups, 8:05 for burpees. I tried the pullups without a band for the first time. I will get these yet, I tell ya. Great job 6am peeps.

  8. 37 pullups without band (17,12,8) and 8:45 on burpees. These were tough; did 20 then broke them up in sets of 10. Great job everyone at 6am!!

  16. 30 total PUs. DNF burpees for 78. I usually love burpees and get excited when I see them in a metcon, but today we had a love/hate relationship! LOL! Guess my goal for next time will be to finish under the cutoff! Great work today nooners!

    154x5, 154x4, 154x4, 147x5, 147x5

    started out pretty heavy for work sets, the 1st couple in every set felt realy good then i would reach fatigue during the set realy quickly so i had to drop down...tech went way down once i got to reps 4 & 5, especially full triple ext...somethin else to work on 4 nex yrs games.

    This wkend was 1 of the coolest things i've ever been apart of! i wanna say congratulations to all the individual competitors and a special thank you and congratulations to all my xfitomaha teammates! Let's keep up the hard work and shoot for that top 3 next year!!!

  28. 39 Pullups (16,15,7). Really burned out on the last set. My forearms were so tight.

    9:13 on burpees. Didn't think I would finish. These are on the top of my list of things I suck at!

  36. Did Heavy Nancy with Reba. 6 rounds, 200 run, 8 OHS 135. Made through the 5 squats in round 4 before I had to go to 110. Finished in 21ish.

  42. God must really hate me. 32 pull ups, then DNF on the burpees. FML. I made it to 96 (I thought it was 95 because after I was done throwing up outside the gym doors I came back in and did my last 5 even though time was up, then Veronica informed me I was at 96...I felt a little like an over acheiver for 2 seconds before I realized that oh yea, I sucked ass today and DNF!) on the burpees.

  44. 30 pull-ups. I did the most I have ever done consecutively today...12! I also did not tear my hands for a change, so that was a nice little surprise. I did the burpees in 8:38. I am happy with my performance after a week off, 3 days in Vegas (heavy drinking), and being home sick the last 2 days. Nothing like CrossFit to get ya going.

  50. Its tryout season for softball so my daughter has had priority over the gym the past few days. I did this one at home and managed a whopping 6 pullups without bands. DNF on the burpees with 73 done in 10 minutes. I rested a few minutes then finished the rest.

  52. 46 on the pullups and DNF on burpees. 87 in 10 min. Was going along fine then my arms gave out around 30. Think I actually pushed off the ground with my chin for a couple. Did 4 400M runs after. Great job 6AMers!

  58. 74 pull-ups. I was trying to beat Ben cause he got 74 so I was going for 3 sets of 25. On my last pull-up my grip gave way and I missed.

    6:52 on the burpees, definitely not a PR but I think my summer lifestyle is taking a toll on my CrossFit performance.
