Rest Day

As a reminder, gym hours have changed from here on out. The change applies only to Friday evenings. The new hours are now 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00 PM.
Hope these new hours help you guys to get in to the gym more often on Friday evenings when it seems that skipping a workout to start the weekend is much easier.
Sprint down and back

Farmer Walk down and back
Sprint down and back
Slams and jumps were 21-15-9 and the farmer walk was 2 2-pood KB for guys and 2 50# DB for ladies.
Jeff S, Greg Mo and I finished in 16:49 (or was it :39??). This was a fun one, you have just enough rest between rounds that you can really push it. Nice job everyone, way to finish strong.
And...why are guys always so serious when they take pictures? :o)
And is this another HORRIBLE rest day work out...hahaha Lindsey! Lindsey, Meridith, and me have decided that rest day WODs are BY FAR harder than regular WODS!
And as for Jocelyn Forest, when we went to their gym on Monday, she was above and beyond helpful and nice. She is pretty intimidating, but immediately makes you feel comfortable around her. It's so cool to see someone who is such an amazing athlete be so humble and kind.
This one was just what I needed today - love those farmer walks!
