  2. I'd like to commend everyone who went to the games. It takes a lot of guts to compete in a national competition like that. You guys/girls did a great job representing Omaha.

It was fun (and nerve racking) trying to follow you on the internet. Hopefully you had fun too.

    Todays WOD (400m run 50 squats X 4) 11:25.

Thanks Jeff for pushing me waaaay harder than I would have doing this on my own. That's why I drive 20 mins to get to the gym in the morning.

  4. Congrats to everyone who competed at the games! You all proved that CFO is a force to be reckoned with. I was glued to my computer this weekend! I am continually inspired by the level of mental and physical toughness you guys display!

I did the wallball/snatch wod from the games. that was brutal! DNF!

  8. Everyone from CFO represented at the games. It was amazing to see everyone put there entire heart into it. I couldnt imagine doing 5 WOD's in one day. It was inspiring to me to see everyone digging so deep and keep pushing thru all the WODs.

Congrats to Ricky, Kyle, Libby, Stacie, Reba, Addy, Greg, Zack R, and Jon Day. you were all amazing. The team was fantastic and got 7 overall..that really is outstanding.
Now that the games are over it is time to start training for next year!! I know i am going to continue (minus the CA trip) eating better and getting stronger. It would be gret if next year we have more Omaha people showing up and dominating the games. I am up for the challenge are you??

  14. Ugh, 13:14 rx'd. I was in Chicago all weekend, eating like crap and drinking like prohibition was starting today, so this WOD was extra painful (but totally worth it, Wrigleyville is so awesome). Good way to sweat the toxins out. Nice job nooners, it was good to some faces I don't see very often.

Congratulations to all of our amazing Games competitors! You inspire and motivate all of us and make us all very proud to call you our CFO teammates. Danielle, I'm up for challenge. Who else is in?

this workout always makes me feel like poo afterward. cus i feel like you dont actually have to take breaks durin this and i always do. i usually just melt mentally in the 3rd round of air squats and brake em up too much. And i did it gain durin this WOD. O well. Ill pull it off next time.

  26. Great job Gamers! Like Paul I was on the computer following it all weekend.
Running squats 12:01,did not push hard enough on this and rested too much during squats but I am blaming my weekend preparation.
