Reminder: I think there is a misunderstanding of when athlete's are allowed to workout in the gym. We have classes set up at certain hours of the day and at other times we don't have classes for a reason. At the moment, we don't offer an open gym hour. Unless there is absolutely no other time for you to get in a workout during normal class hours, AND YOU GIVE US A CALL TO LET US KNOW THAT, please do not just walk in the door outside of a normal class time and assume you can just start a workout.
We want to run a safe gym and promote good technique under our close supervision and these off hours are in place for us to run the business part of running the business or to hold one on one's, so we might not be able to supervise you, should you just walk in with no prior notice.
I am not saying you guys aren't welcome to come in and use the gym during off hours but the reason has to be because you absolutely have no other time during the day to get it in. I would much rather you come here instead of another useless gym. Please, just be kind enough to give us a call a day in advance and ASK if one of us will be available. We do reserve the right to say no but most often if you just ask, we'll say yes.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding there might have been.

Best CrossFit Advice: CrossFit is the absolute athlete equalizer, strength and power are nothing without mental capacity. Learn to push yourself mentally beyond any previous limit and success in CrossFit will follow.

Anyway, I did my 1RM for Snatch at the 4:30 class. I couldn't stay longer than 5:40 so I only got up to 68#, which Jon said would be about my 92% max. I know I could have put up bit more, but ran out of time. Thanks for all your help and motivation Ricky and Jon!
