I can't make it in to the 10 am, and IDK if we're allowed to come to the open class at 11? So I'll do a fourth of each of them...at lame 24 Hour...ugg.

Pretty sure team gladiator will do this from home today :) I am thinking that we will have to sub the 100 pullups for 50 strict though...

i cant believe how small the class was this mornin. how you gonna let "the boot" hold you back from comin in to crossfit. so sad... Ben Brandon and i did the WOD i have no idea what the time was. see yall on mon!

With outdoor pool season, I'm working Saturdays now... Not happy. Reba (and anyone else who missed it) - if you didn't do this at home, we should make it up on a rest day maybe. I need my team workout fix.

This sounds awesome. sorry i missed it! i did a few dips, though, which was awesome...and 5x5 full cleans (up to 175, but only 2 reps at that weight).
