  2. Didn't feel like running ... then again I never feel like running. Did the 250m rows x 8 trying to keep it under 65 secs but did 2 min rest in between; times ranged from 53 to 63 seconds.

  4. I did the games wod and yes it still sucked two weeks later.
    6 rounds
    15 wall ball 20pd
    15 db cleans 40pd
    200 meter run
    1600 is what I finished in this one makes everyone work on at least one of their weak points. I am not a runner and that killed me. Great job everyone...

  6. I've been slacking a little on my posts lately, yesterday I did the WOD with Jen, 7:52 Rxd, and then we raced on the rowers, 250m in 1:50. just barely made it- 1:48 Thanks for pushing me Jen! There was no way I would have been able to talk myself into that!

    Went for a 30 min run today, not sure how far it was but its the longest I've ran in a while so I was suckin air at the end. Sorry Reba, Danielle, and you girls, I didnt even realize it was you on the trail! Hope everyone had a good weekend, see ya tomorrow
