    I worked on my pullups. I did a few with just a green band, but had to add a purple for the assist. Also worked on box jumps (of course) which are moving along. Slower than I'ld like, but I'm working on it. Also was able to get a few Double Unders. I got about 1 for every 10 attempted. That's more than I've ever been able to do, so I've got that going for me. So that's nice.

  14. 127 x2 Split Jerk, got 132 up once just barely. Not sure if that's a PR, but I assume it is. :)

    Tried to do back squats as well, but on the way down on my 1st squat of the 3rd set, my knee made a couple noises and then decided not to pick me back up again. Glad I got the ball out on the second set - saved my ass!

  16. Ugh. New Jersey sucks balls. Today I did a variation of Saturday's team WOD:

    2 rounds for time of
    40 DU's
    30 air squats
    20 dumbell snatches (10 each arm)
    10 double pushup burpees

    9:25 total. Can't wait to get back home. This "traditional" gym at my hotel is a crap-hole. Though it was kind of fun watching people stare at me and try to figure out what I was doing. It's now beer:30, B Christ out.

    Then moved on to weighted pullups...which didn't go as well. Last time we did these I could barely do one strict pullup. Today wasn't much better, but I got 1 with 5#. Ha!

    Pull-Up 1RM = 80lbs

    I attempted 264lbs on the split jerk, but I failed, failed, failed... maybe next time. Coming down for the second rep with 242lbs was scary sh*t! Great work everyone at 5:30, everybody looked to be working hard. :-)

  30. I did 198 x 2 and then 208 x 1 for the split jerk tonight. I'm sure that is a PR because I haven't done split jerks since UNO. Then with weighted pull-ups I got to 50 lbs and tried 60 but failed.
