  8. I did Saturday's WOD, substituting rowing for the run due to the Hoth-like conditions outside. 14:02 total. I was hoping to be more in the 12 min range but I was struggling this morning. Nice job Paul, way to kill it, that WOD you did is a beast.

  12. Worked on back squats this morning. I got #143 for 1, I think I could have gotten a couple more reps but the lack of range of motion in my shoulder kept me from being able to keep the elbows up as the weight increased.

  14. I did back squats this afternoon. I only got to 131x5. I might have ducked out a little early, I feel like I could have gotten heavier. I, however, had to get to work and Ang was hounding me for my bar.
    Great job nooners! Sorry I couldn't stick around to see the finishes or some great effort!
    The gym is starting to look like a Christmas party! :)

  16. I did back squats and was being a puss today. I got up to 131 and did that 21 times. I should have gone heavier but, like I said, I was being a puss today.
    Oh- I did climb a rope without using feet at all.. just hand over hand!

  18. I worked on cleans today trying to get better at my technique. Then I did yesterday's WOD of:

    10 rounds
    30 mountain climbers
    10 push-ups

    For some reason the timer didn't start at first and I didn't notice until I was through the first two rounds. I finished the last 8 in just over 7 minutes.


    I think I might try to use most rest days to work on O-lifts and finish off the day with a little metcon like I did today, unless I miss a day and I want to make up a workout.

  20. I did Saturday's WOD today. It was nice talking to a bunch of you at 5:30 today. Nice meeting you Vanessa and Vanessa's Mom. Thanks for the info on school Kylie and thanks Ricky, for the info on the games and the regional qualifier. Also, I'd like to thank the Academy... :-)

  22. I am wheezing like i just smoked a carton of cigs....did saturday's WOD...what a blast after taking about 4 days off!!! not sure about the time but it was a good one!! great job 6:30 class!!!
