5 rounds:
3-Position Power Snatch (no squat)
After a thorough warm-up from each position individually (from the floor/below the knee/mid-thigh), begin the workout by performing all three movements consecutively (no putting the bar down until all 3 reps are done) for five rounds. This is to be considered a technique session where load on the bar is not all too important (go up in weight every set but emphasis is to be on technique) and rest is taken as needed between sets. This is your chance to better your snatch technique.

It doesn't matter too much to me.... just an idea...
I got up to 78 and did all 3 then I tried 83 and could only do it from the ground.
The noon class looked really good! Great job!
I'm off tomorrow so I'm going to try to be at the noon class. I hope to see some of you there!
