We have 7 teams competing this morning. Three teams will begin at 9 AM while the next three will begin immediately following the first three's completion of pullups. We'll follow in this matter until the last team is done. I hope to have some extra people for counting reps but if not we need to be organized enough to write down completed reps so that no one does more work than they have to. I will have a first aid kit available for torn up hands but hopefully we'll have very little of that. Good luck to everyone competing.
WOD
In teams of 4, two of the members must be working to accumulate the required reps at all times. All pullups must be completed before moving on to pushups and so forth.
300 Pullups
400 Pushups
500 Situps
600 Air Squats
You may scale the movements if necessary, such as jumping or band-assisted pullups and/or on your knees or band-assisted pushups.

i did 1/4 of all these and it took me 22:40. wow. that was pretty intense and i can hardly type because my hands keep shaking. i hope everything went well there, i'm sure it did!
So sorry I wasn't able to make it today. I really tried to get out of DM @ 7, but that just wasn't happen :) I bet you all did fantastic!! Can't wait to see the results.
