I want to commend everyone on a great night of deadlifts as everyone did really well. There are some of us that are having trouble with maintaining that neutral spine and need to work on it with moderate loads until we can master that spinal stability. Congrats to Paul, Josh, Jimmie, Nick, and all the girls as they set new pr's and looked, for the most part, great doing them.
WOD"Dirty Thirty"
For time:
100 Air Squats
30 Box Jumps, 20 inches
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
30 Sit-ups
30 SDHP, 65 lbs./45lbs.
30 Burpees
30 Wall-ball shots, 20 lbs./15 lbs. at 10-foot target
800 meter run
Scale where necessary. If possible, scale the reps not the weight, but hopefully not by much.
Gotta finish all 100 before moving on, etc. Can't wait to see you guys do this one.
I came in at 22:20 or 22:30 or somewhere in there. High reps of squats always waste me fast, although I was doing okay until about 50, which is better than usual. Took the reps down to 20 for everything else, or I would have been there all night.
