Fun for all ages!

Ricky Frausto Filed Under:
CrossFit is nothing more than a mixture of movements we should be doing in order to maintain healthy mobility. You throw in a little intensity in the form of greater loads, less time, and/or greater distance in order to develop a healthy metabolic condition. And finally you mix and match these two domains in as many ways as possible in order to be ready for anything that comes your way as nature usually punishes the specialist.

WOD
"Helen"
3 Rounds for time:
400 meter run
21 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
12 Pullups

Scale the load on swings to a weight that you can possibly do without stopping if you pushed a bit. Your goal is exactly that, to do the swings without stopping.

  6. if puking counts as a WOD, i got in several WODs as a result of Josh and Addi's party. In fact, i probably over-trained.
