From the floor to overhead

Here is some video clips on how to do the DB Snatch:

WOD
12 Rounds for time:
5 Single Arm Snatch (Gents use 50# dumbbell and Ladies use 35#)
10 Dumbbell Swings (same weight as the single arm snatches)
15 Walking Lunges

*Note: you can alternate arms as you like on the snatches, and even use one arm for the whole workout if you so choose.....

We'll spend time learning the db SA Snatch a little more in depth before attempting the workout. A little reminder that Josh & Addi's holiday get together is tomorrow, hope to see everyone there even if it's for a little while.

    and, we start school on the 7th, 8am every morning. will you be doing night classes that week, or just the changed morning classes? as for the time, i voted 10 because i like to sleep, but any time is great for me while i'm in town.
