WOD
5 Rounds for time:
10 Air Squats
9 Pushups
8 Walking Lunges
7 Situps
6 Burpees
5 Overhead Squats (broomstick/dowel)
4 Double Unders (or tuck jumps)
3 Clean & Jerk (something heavy)
2 Pistol Squats
1 Handstand Pushup (touch head to ground)
Scale where necessary. A handstand hold for 30 seconds is the only substitution for the hspu. Pistol squats are butt to calf. For the clean & jerk find something heavy and take it from the ground to overhead for three reps.
