Rope Time!

5 rounds for time of:
Walking Lunges, 30 steps
30 Double Unders

If you don't have access to a jump rope or haven't quite mastered double unders you may substitute knee tuck jumps, just be sure to make them consecutive and to get those knees up as high as possible. Post time to comments!
