Brendan showing three different reps of the overhead squat. The first rep showing desirable technique while the next two displaying flawed technique. One with soft shoulders (no shrug) and the other with the weight placed in front of the midline of the body causing the heels to come up off the floor. Both incrementally increase the chance for a failed attempt at the overhead squat.
