Killer Kahrs on the DB power cleans. Boy, does this guy look different? He has really come a long way since day one. Keep up the great work.

WOD
With a continously running clock do 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 burpees the third minute, and so on until you cannot get all required burpees done in one minute.
