Anaerobics

Today's workout combines quick change of direction with anaerobic sprint endurance, a potent combination.

WOD
8 rounds of 60 yd shuttles (5 back, 10 back, 15 back)
rest 5 minutes
4 rounds of 220 yd shuttles (55 yd x4)

Rest for 60 yard shuttles will equal 45 seconds to 1 minute in length while the 220 yard shuttles have a rest time of 2.5 to 3 minutes. Goal times will be set so that we have something to shoot for. The reward of having to run less will be up for grabs to those who consistently beat their goal times.
