Overhead Squats 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
Reach the highest load possible in 7 attempts of 3 reps. The great thing about the overhead squat is that you have to perform it correctly in order successfully complete the lift. My challenge to you is to get as close to bodyweight as possible. If you have flexibility issues with this lift this is your chance to address them.
