Great job to everyone who showed up yesterday, it was a very demanding workout and everyone pushed to the limit. Got to give it up to Drew who pushed so hard on the row machine, he could of sworn he saw pukie by the water fountain and Melissa who pushed some heavy weighted thrusters.

WOD
Overhead Squats 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps

Reach the highest load possible in 7 attempts of 3 reps. The great thing about the overhead squat is that you have to perform it correctly in order successfully complete the lift. My challenge to you is to get as close to bodyweight as possible. If you have flexibility issues with this lift this is your chance to address them.
