Burpee Break-up!

10 Rounds for Time:
x5 Pushups
x5 Burpee Bottoms (heels flat)
x5 Squat Jumps (from deep squat and hands overhead)

Go hard but use this time to work on technique as well. The greater the range of motion on the pushup the easier the pushups will become. Shoot for explosive jumps and get as high as you can everytime.
