Rest Day!

Work on technique. There is always something we can get better at. Kipping pullups, deadlifts, squats (lumbar curve), handstand pushups, kettlebell swings.

Get so good that you can teach someone else.

The class schedule for August is now up. Notice the changes made to the classes offered on Tuesday and Thursday. I also have some copies of the new calendar printed off for you to have should you want one.
