x20 Medicine Ball Clean Squats w/ Push Press
x800 m run

Great day to get in some running as well as practice squat technique with a lighter load. When clean squatting focus on keeping the side of the ball with writing on it, readable in a mirror at all times. This teaches one to get under the ball and not to curl it with the arms. Remember, slow to fast, jump, then shrug, and finally pull yourself underneath.
