Straight from CF Journal 58

"DB Bear Complex"

x5 Deadlifts
x5 Hang Power Clean
x5 Thruster (squat to press)

Complete the complex on the minute every minute for 20 minutes. Whatever time remains each minute is used for rest. Keep good on the deadlifts and thrusters have to be full range of motion no matter what.
