3 Rounds for Time w/ 1 Minute Rest b/w Sets (complete an exercise for one minute before moving on to the next exercise, continue this till all exercises have been completed-5 continuous minutes all together)

Hopefully everyone had a good 5 days off and fully recovered because now the tear down process begins once again. Come ready to pay the piper.
