3 Rounds for Time

Run 400 meters (on campus)
x25 Burpee-Box Jump-Pullups

(Use anywhere from 12"-18" depending on your height)

Notes: Make sure that after you box jump that you have to jump again in order to reach the bar for the pullup, otherwise it becomes a jumping pullup.
