Skill Emphasis: Ring Dips
It's been a rough week on the hands, joints, ligaments, and muscles. A quick way to reenergize and/or speed up recovery is to jump into some icy cold water for 15-20 minutes. It just so happens that we have a place for you to do that now. Take advantage!
Smaller green band- 2 sets of 10
Blue band (old tan)- 5 sets of 5
Red band- 2 sets of 3
blue and red - 1 set of 12
It was fun to watch Josh and Nate working with the new yoke! Looks brutal. Can't wait to try it!
