Team WOD
3 rounds for time:
40 Overhead Squats (125#/85#)
50 Box Jumps, 20 inches
60 Jumping Pull-ups
70 Double-Unders
400 meter run

Only one person working out at a time except for box jumps and the run. Both (can) jump and (have) to run at the same time. Each team only gets one jump rope and one box.

We are going outside no matter the weather so dress appropriately. It's gonna be a fun one so remember the kittens.

  8. Yea sorry for missing todays WOD and the powerlifting meet i got stuck at a friends house and i dont have my car so i couldnt make it back to the dorms in time. And about the box jumps.....that was friggin scary hahaha impossible is nothin son!

    John and I finished in 22:58. John, I could never have worked that hard without you to push me. Keeping up with you was no joke.

    Subbed 135# front squats for OH squats and vertical jumps for jumping pullups.

  16. That workout kicked my a**! Reba and I finished in 31:30 with 77# on OHS and everything else Rxd. Way to carry the team today Reba, DUs are a HUGE weekness of mine. Great job today everyone, thats pry the longest xfit workout i've ever done!

  20. WEll....I represented! Thank you so much to everyone that came -- it was so fun having you there! I ended up with the following: 347# squat (matched personal record) 197# bench ; 330# deadlift (matched pr); 876 total (was in kilos, so thats why the numbers dont match up) which was a state record total. I did end up beating my mom...but not by much! That woman is waaaay strong. She pulled an American record deadlift (55-59 age category, 148# weight cat) of 369#! See you all Tuesday...back to the grind...

  24. Kelli it was great to meet you. Nice job today. Very nice on the deadlifts, I got there late. Your mom did an amazing job. Thank you for explaining some of the rules.

    Partnered with Brandon, prescribed 34:23 or 35:23. He crushed on the OH squats, I need to work on those. Farm House is fantastic. Ate nine strips of bacon today, new PR.

  28. Was w/ Debra on this and I did 33# ohs and she did 43# and we started off doing double, single etc but switched to tuck jumps bc it was taking forever; 38 mins. Great job to everyone; this was sooo hard and Happy Birthday Joe!

  34. That WOD was definitely the longest I have done in awhile! Nice work Jill on those OH squats!!!! It was a tough one, but I had alot of fun working on those things....

    Kelli - sounds like you did F*cking awesome!!! Wish I could have been there, but I had company that arrived about half hour after I got home from the WOD. You are super strong woman!!!
