3 rounds for time:
40 Overhead Squats (125#/85#)
50 Box Jumps, 20 inches
60 Jumping Pull-ups
70 Double-Unders
400 meter run
Only one person working out at a time except for box jumps and the run. Both (can) jump and (have) to run at the same time. Each team only gets one jump rope and one box.
We are going outside no matter the weather so dress appropriately. It's gonna be a fun one so remember the kittens.

John and I finished in 22:58. John, I could never have worked that hard without you to push me. Keeping up with you was no joke.
Subbed 135# front squats for OH squats and vertical jumps for jumping pullups.
