Scale the reps if needed but nevertheless go as hard as possible.
If you don't show up to do this workout or at least make it up sometime this week, I will put your name on tomorrow's post along with everyone else that doesn't show up. This way, everyone will get a chance to know who are the poodles among our group. If you can live with that, I can live with that.

Karen Wattier during a recent workout. Yes, she is the mother of Neil Wattier/mother-in-law of Reba Wattier. She's been with us only a week and a half but during that time, she has been here almost every day. Make sure you introduce yourself and make her feel at home.

Hannah, as well as myself, sent out an email to everyone concerning the Halloween party this weekend. She has only received a handful of RSVP's and because of this put together a letter giving details about the shindig. If you are able, please send an email to either Hannah (hlefler310@hotmail.com) or myself (crossfitomaha@gmail.com) stating whether you will be here or not. We are trying to get a head count so that we can have an idea of how many people are going to be here.

subbed medball clean & jerks for burpees. 23:39. I know that's not the same as burpees, but believe me, it sucked anyway.
Also, for some reason, when I read Jim's post, I got that damn song from High School Musical stuck in my head. I hate life a little more every time I hear that song. Thanks, Jim. Thanks a lot. :)

Not sure if that was even close as hard as the rowing one would be but it killed me. My DU's were very below average and that is one of the reasons why I stuggled. Well good luck and congrats to everyone who has done it today and see yall soon.
Its amazing how many times i have caught myself zoning out during workouts lately thinking about what I have left on my desk and what I have forgotten to get done at home.....I hope to get back on track once things slow down again mid-november through the holidays...
