Use 115 pounds, 95 pounds, 65 pounds, or a broomstick and storm through as fast as possible.

135# OH squats were and it took everything I had to not break up any of the sets. As for the double unders I only broke them up in round 2 as I got tripped up a bit. I really enjoyed this workout, quick but demanding. Good work 6am class.
Anyway finished at 14:25 using #45, I started with 55 but took that off.
