  2. this morning was a blast. it was hard for me to wash my hair because i can no longer lift my arms above my head. i finished in 7:07 i think with 53# and tuck jumps. i am excited to work on du's and pullups on saturday's rest day. great job today 6am!
    glad to have you back dr. nick and jimbo! you guys should come in at 6...

    135# OH squats were and it took everything I had to not break up any of the sets. As for the double unders I only broke them up in round 2 as I got tripped up a bit. I really enjoyed this workout, quick but demanding. Good work 6am class.

  6. Quick but demanding??? Not so quick for me, those double unders are my weakness, then when I am close to done, I get a bunch in a row. The lashings on my arms remind me of my struggles I have with them!
    Anyway finished at 14:25 using #45, I started with 55 but took that off.

  8. Welcome back Gents! Scaled the OH Squat to ~100lbs. I will go up in weight next time as they got easier as we went along, though there were some shaky moments. My DU's are getting better and I managed to get 11 in a row! Ricky said we are going to see a lot more OH Squats and I am looking forward to getting better them. Great work 6 AM class.

  10. 58lbs/DU=11:09...first round of DU was great and then it sucked again...death by double unders...my personal goal is to be able to consistently do those! Nice job everyone in the 5:30 class!

  12. although i still had a very hard time with overhead squats, i do feel like i'm getting a little better. i've been working on them with light weights. today i did 63#and tuck jumps because they don't have a jump rope. it took me 7 minutes and some seconds. then i worked on some pull-ups and one-legged squats.
