ReplyDeleteso I quit early on full cleans b/c it was really hurting my shoulder....then I went onto muscle ups and applying my once is luck, twice is coincidence, 3 times is skill...muscle ups are now a skill for me (that's right, 3 in a row)

ReplyDeleteGot 82, tried for 87 about 6 times but it just wasn't happening for me tonight.
Once again, congrats Mel. Got 184 and tried for 198 twice but couldn't get it. My goal for next time! It was good to see everyone putting up so much weight today. See you all on Tuesday.

184 and it was a struggle. Finally felt comfortable when I switched to reds. Sometimes the mental hurdles are hardest. Kars and Jimmy hitting 198 motivated me to get up to 184. Nice work guys!
