Wanted to go unbroken on pushups as long as possible - made it through the round of 6. These have gotten so much better. I. love. bench press.
It was great to be back in noon class!

I've tried using this pushup program twice in the past and had trouble both times. It starts you out slow, doing a certain number of pushups at a time, with a specific amount of rest between the sets. There is a timer built into the application to measure the rest. I had trouble in the middle of the program both times, failing on the longer sets.
On a good note, while I've never been able to even come close to reaching the 100 pushup goal, it has increased the number of pushups I can do in a single set.
