If you are participating in this next Saturday's weightlifting/metcon workout, I need you to fill out a registration form. I have them printed off and sitting on the floor in the gym next to the whiteboard. I need those ASAP. It's going to be one heckuva good time.
So Im trying a 1/1, 2/1, 1/1 schedule which will put my workouts on the same 4 days each week... There will be double WODs on the 1/1 days
Today...
Clean Technique - Up to 70%
110, 154, 180, 198.. All for 2's
Back Squat 3X10
50% - 155
60% - 185
70% - 225 - Not too bad
Weighted Pull Ups 4X5
22, 33, 44, 50 - Only 4 reps
Metcon - MG Couplet

Then Complete as many Ring Dips as possible with the time remaining
5RDS - Your score is your total number of dips completed... I decided to just try to get 50 total as fast as I could...
1st RD - 17 Reps
2nd RD - 13 Reps
3rd RD - 9 Reps
4th RD - 8 Reps
5th RD - Finished my last three with around 50 secs left in the last RD
