Girls Against Boys
For time:
1000 Reps
Each team will get 3 bars and one rower. The guys bar weights will be 55 pounds, 88 pounds, and 110 pounds. The gals bar weights will be 33 pounds, 58 pounds, and 77 pounds.
Here are the rules:
A rep on the lightest bar will count only when it is taken from the ground to overhead, preceded first by a burpee on the bar.
A rep on the middle bar will count only when it is taken from the ground to shoulder with a full squat in between.
A rep on the heaviest bar will count only when it is taken from the ground and placed on top of a stack of plates and then taken down and placed back on the floor. (No dropping the bar)
Every one on the guys team gets 10 power pulls on the rower to accumulate as many calories as possible. The gals get 15 pulls.
Only one person can touch any one bar at a time. Anyone and everyone can buddy carry at one time.
Bonus: A team can earn 250 reps if everyone on the team, buddy carries and gets buddy carried for 100 meters.

We did 500 reps for our team. It was tough. I think we split it up evenly. We ended up doing more reps than we needed, but we still beat the guys!.

Lindsey x 2, Mel, Crystal, Theresa, Kristin, Meredith, Amanda, Kelli, Deb, and I all ROCKED!!! That was an awesome effort, and we were pretty organized about it. No slackers. The guys looked like they were working hard too, but we girls ruled:)
