Lois showing good form at the top of a thruster. Strong wrists, locked out elbows, and an extended shoulder prove to be a solid recipe for successfully supporting loads overhead.

  4. 14:29 with 275# for DLs. CTB pullups were damn hard. I missed and had to make up about 5 of them.

  12. 16:46 Used a pull up machine to help with my pull ups other than that rx'd. This workout was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be!

  14. 10:14 as Rx'd. Missed on four pullups that I had to redo. My last reps were two or three reps were singles. My legs are crushed and I think I am going to have a bruise from C2B pullups. Great WOD hope we get to do it again in a few months. Nice job 5:30.

    Cora thanks for the advice about the fish oil for my shoulder! It helped, but it hurts in my armpit...so weird.
