Did "Grace" 30 clean and jerks 135lbs for time. did more like 33 because joe didn't count 3 out of my first 4 because I didn't poke my head through at the top. Ended up at 4:04, but I know I can get a lot closer to 3 minutes.

I made an attempt at Cindy today. 13 rounds total. I used the tan band for the first ten minutes for pullups and then moved up to blue. I'm still excited because two weeks ago I couldn't even do one with the tan. No band pushups, here I come!

DT-scaled to 77 lbs and only finished 4 rounds at the cutoff. I thought the push jerks would be the worst thing but cleans were even worse!

DT -- yellows, which is 99# I believe. DNF - time was called on my last push jerk and I didn't lock it out. DT is brutal. Unlike Addi...I do not <3 DT.

Did DT today with #58 due to the pushjerks. I have no idea what my time was, and I really don't care. I had to stop quite a few times to stretch my low back, cause it was killing me. Thanks Ricky and Tony for pushing me to finish this.

Cindy: 11 rounds....I hear ya on the ripped up hands, Jen S!! My hands are mutilated...it is terrible. I acquired about 5 different rips on my hands today. Note to self: tape on hands does not help. Got a love it!
