Air Squats
You, and you alone, are responsible for the integrity of each movement. Bodyweight movements are the most oft cheated movements in CrossFit. Range of motion in the pushup and squat are consistently cut short in exchange for quicker movement.
Try filming your self doing this workout and check to see if you are guilty of cutting range of motion.

I did
200 meter row less than 55 seconds between sets of 25 20 15 10 5 push ups. I did see the time since I was 24 hour shitness.

I video taped myself and I noticed sometimes i didnt finish the hip completely and on the push ups i need to maybe get my hips up a bit.
