  4. This was the first work out I did at Crossfit when I went to my first class! Of course it was scaled to 6 and 6, with jumping pullups.

  10. 22:50. finished 6th round right at 20 min, so I had to finish up #7. Thanks for pushing me nooners. I really wanted to not break up the last pullups but fore arms weren't having it. Great job everyone.

  14. Way to go 430 ladies. That was fun.
    DNF in 20 min but ended up finishing @ 23:42
    Burpees were pretty sloppy (my inflexibility doesn't help that any). Did the first round of pullups with purple band then moved to tan band for the rest. I've got a lot of work to do!

  16. 18:54. Did the first three rounds without a band, 4th and 5th rounds with a tan band, 6th and 7th rounds with a blue band. Dan M.

  18. Rx'd - We did the workout a bit differently in terms of the time limits at 5:30 (I think?). DNF for me - was on the last round only had the pullups left.
