Snatch Grip Deadlift (1.25 BW/)
Handstand Pushups
Followed by
20 Jump Touches (18" above reach)
after each round
Use the grip you would normally use for the Snatch for the deadlift. For the jump touches set a mark 18" above your reach and attempt to touch the mark for the required number of reps after each round of deadlifts and hspu's. Scale where necessary.
