x3 Weighted Pullups
x1min Weighted Front Bridge

Take as much rest as needed and shoot for improving strength in both pullups and mid-section. Even though the word weighted is posted you may not need external load but your own bodyweight to provide the resistance. You may even need a band for assistance on the pullups, but utilize the weakest band possible.

Good day yesterday for everyone that showed up and completed Kelly. I have seen so many changes in our athletes from the time they started up to this point. More mobility, strength, power, speed, accuracy, stamina, cardio-vascular/respiratory endurance, agility, coordination, and balance. The very things that provide us with sound quality of life and health. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!
