Box Squat

5-5-5-5-3-3-3-3-3

Take plenty of rest as your goal is to get to a point where failure comes from lack of strength not lack of rest. Technique is priority number one. Use a box that puts you right at parallel (a good indicator of a box that is too low is if you fall onto the box during the last part of the descent)
