I had to tell myself to pick numbers that were realistic on the higher reps sets. As time progressed my sets felt better. The 404 felt like I was picking up a house! Guess this means I need to put more time back in the basics...<br />Set of 30 damn near made me puke as my head and neck cramped around rep 20, but kept going through all 30.
