As many reps in 10 minutes of:
Double Unders
Ball Slams, 20#/16#

You can move back and forth between each exercise as you see fit but you must attain at least 50 reps of each movement in order for the workout to count as prescribed. Once the so called "buy-in" is met, you may then emphasize one movement more than the other in order to maximize your rep output. Your score is total reps of both movements and not of each one individually.

Post if you met the 50 rep "buy-in" and the total reps accumulated, to comments.















Clean and Jerking 400+ pounds is just plain amazing.

  4. Dang Paul! Way to go! I'm hoping to atleast get the 50 DU's! I'm going to do all 50 of those first so that I can get the work-out buy in! Unless we're doing 10 and 10 or something...I'll find out at 4:30!

    Anyone who hates double-unders should know that a little over a year ago I couldn't even do singles. I will never forget how encouraging Blas was when it was taking me almost 10 minutes to get 100 singles.

  8. 399- broke it down 50DU/50ball slams...then did 50 DU and 10 ball slams till time ran out...only got 9 ball slams on the last round

  10. first of all - holy moly paul!!! you're a machine! i reeeeeally need to work on my DUs! gonna have to buy a jump rope for home! and today was my first time doing ball slams! and DAMN!
    took me a sec to get the hang of it! 35/50-86. and I did plenty of singles between those doubles! great work again nooners! :)

Nice work! made the 50/50 requirement and ended with 130 DUs and 100 ball slams, broke it into 25/25 and last round did 30 DUs before time ran out, then did 30 ball slams after to even it out for 260 in about 10:40. Have night class so I sort of snuck in before the 4:30 class, great job Cat!

    50/50 buy in total of 379. Did 50 du & then 50 ball slams. The remainder came from du's. Man were my forearms on fire!

  24. Decided to try 30 DUs and 50 slams for the buy in; got through that and then did 20 more DUs and then 57 more slams so 157 total. DUs seem to be getting better finally which is great b/c I'm REALLY tired of doing tuck jumps! I can't believe how many some people got ... great job!!
